Very disappointing experience. I walked up to the register to place an order, and both ordering stations were completely empty. There was no line at all. The only other customers in the store were browsing, yet one staff member refused to take my order and told me I had to wait until they were finished browsing. I couldn’t understand why I was being asked to wait when no one else was ordering. It made me feel singled out and unwelcome. Seeing other customers browsing while I was denied service left me questioning whether I was being treated differently. I hope the management addresses this and ensures every customer is treated fairly and respectfully.

Very disappointing. I bought two slices of cakes here yesterday at 6:49pm and went home right away to refrigerate them. This morning when I took it out from the fridge, I found that one of the strawberries on top of the cake was moldy. I had to throw that slice of cakes into the trash can. This makes me wonder how many strawberries inside the cake weren’t fresh either.😨

I’ve been coming to La Baguette for over a decade, and they truly make the best looking AND tasting cakes. The quality is consistently exceptional, and their flavor combinations are always thoughtful and perfectly balanced. Most recently, we ordered the Raspberry & Chocolate Mousse which is: a layer of chocolate chiffon cake, chocolate mousse, white chiffon cake, and raspberry mousse, topped with raspberry jam and fresh raspberries. It was absolutely beautiful, ready right on time, and tasted even better than it looked. We ordered the 12-inch, and it was perfect. The owner is incredibly kind and was so helpful in bringing my vision to life. They always have stunning cakes available in-store, and ordering online is seamless and easy as well. Highly recommend!!!!

The sandwiches were all so delicious. Everyone at the 60 person party kept asking where they were from. Most people took a sandwich home too. Even three days later the left over sandwiches were so tasty. It’s all about the great bread and high quality ingredients. They even made a buche de Noel for my woodland creature shower.it was so beautiful that we didn’t want to cut it but we did. It was so delicious and stress free for me.

I stopped by this French-style café inside the Stanford shopping mall in the early evening. It was fairly busy, and the space itself is very small, like a corner spot with no tables or seating—so it’s clearly designed for takeout rather than lingering. I ordered a mocha, and it was actually quite good. It wasn’t sweetened by default, which I appreciated, and you can add sugar yourself if you like. The chocolate flavor came through nicely, just as a mocha should. That said, the small size felt a bit on the smaller side for the price. I didn’t try any food this time, but they had an impressive display of artisanal baked goods, pastries, and a variety of sandwiches. It definitely looked tempting, and I’d be open to coming back to try some of their pastries or sandwiches on another visit.
